FAQ Overview

The FAQ section allows you to add frequently asked questions along with their answers directly within your store.
FAQ Settings
Section Setting

- Color Scheme: Enables you to select and customize the color palette for the FAQ section based on your preference.
- Style: Set the preferred rendering of the contents overlaying the main image in the FAQ section.
- Main Image: Upload the image that will be displayed on the left side of the FAQ section.
- Auto Rotate Image: Auto Rotate Image: Upload an image to be used as a rotating overlay element in the FAQ section when Style One is selected.
- Heading: Enter the main header text for the FAQ section.
- Subheading: Add a subheading to appear above the main heading in the FAQ section.
- Contact Label: Provide text to introduce the contact information.
- Contact Email: Specify the email address customers can use for assistance.
- Contact Via: Specify the contact method or contact details that customers can use for additional assistance.
Border Radius

Button (Style 2)

The button is only rendered when the FAQ section is set to “Style 2”.
Text: Enables you to set the label displayed on the call-to-action button.
Link: Allows you to set or select the page, product, collection, or URL that the button should redirect visitors to.
Open Link in New Tab: When enabled, the button link opens in a new browser tab.
Team Image

Show Image: When enabled, it displays the team member images or avatar images within the FAQ section.
Spacing (desktop)

Top: Controls the amount of spacing above the FAQ section on desktop devices.
Bottom: Controls the amount of spacing below the FAQ section on desktop devices.
Spacing (mobile)

Top: Controls the amount of spacing above the FAQ section on mobile devices.
Bottom: Controls the amount of spacing below the FAQ section on mobile devices.
FAQ Section Blocks
FAQ Item

Each FAQ entry is added using an FAQ Item block.
Question: Allows you to enter the question or heading that will be displayed in the FAQ list.
Answer: Enables you to add the answer or explanation associated with the FAQ item. The content is displayed when the FAQ item is expanded.
Team Members Image

The Team Members Image block allows you to add images that are displayed in the team images/avatar group area.
Image: Enables you to upload the team member’s image to display
